Simple + easy DIY this morning. @theheartandhaven did this the other day and I knew I had to try. I bought the fresh garland from Home Depot and the rest of the stuff you can find at Hobby Lobby. It only took me about 30 minutes and I used so little of the garland I had extra to use on my front porch 🙌🏻 Oh and did I show you my new front door?! I painted it #tricornblack of course and I LOVE it 🖤 #shocking Swipe to the end to see the before. Now we just need to find a bigger outdoor light for the front! It’s always something 😉😂
Okayyyyy here it is 🖤 So I’m not gonna lie, I thought this was going to be a walk in the park. I’ve spray painted a gazillion things before but this was a liiitle crazy. The final product looks amazing and for the cost of the spray paint, some painters tape and some plastic sheeting, you really can’t beat it.
Just seeing these before pics again, I still cannot believe what a transformation this was! Because I had the white (Decorator’s White for the walls and trim) and the black (Tricorn Black) paint on hand, this whole project transformation was UNDER $50💥The hardest part? Painting that damn grout. The before pic is after I had scrubbed and scrubbed and it was not getting any cleaner, so I feel like the $13 (and hourssss of my time) was definitely worth it.
